We believe that significant value can be realized with a patient, long term capital source. We structure transactions with patient capital structures, allowing the company to grow through additional capital investment or through follow-on acquisitions.
Transaction structures include leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments, recapitalizations, and management buyouts. Recapitalizations allow shareholders (often founders or families) to receive partial liquidity and partner with us to create additional value.
We seek to invest in companies that have proven profitability and at least $10 million in revenue and earnings of $2 million or higher. We also evaluate investment opportunities looking for the following:
